After an expansive career spanning over 20 years as an award-winning broadcaster and over a decade in real estate investing, Tracey is leveraging her experience to serve you. Tracey has purchased, designed, renovated, staged and sold properties across three states and internationally. She has just launched a real estate blog which you can read at Tracey has gained a wealth of experience through her own projects and by assisting others, from first-time buyers to embassy officials needing to house their key staff.  She also provided luxury homes for principals with Deutsche Bank, The World Bank & IMF, and the British Broadcasting Company.  Tracey grew up in a military family and attended high school in Hampton, before graduating from James Madison University. She is a great asset to military families and veterans alike, as she can relate to sudden relocation orders and what it takes to purchase a home with well-earned assistance from the Veterans Administration.   

Tracey is the passionate mother of adopted twins and founded an international orphans project called,

Tracey has a strong faith and decades of community service projects with numerous national charities and organizations like  Children’s Hospital, children's CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), CARE and The Muscular Dystrophy Association.
